A few years ago, I hit a point where I felt completely done. Mentally exhausted, behind on everything, physically drained. I’d wake up tired, spend the day overwhelmed or distracted, and go to bed feeling disappointed and then couldn’t even sleep properly. No matter how much I planned or pushed myself, nothing seemed to work.
My background is in teaching and mentoring, where I spent years helping students break down complex topics and slowly improve weak areas through personalised plans. I saw how real change takes time, small steps, and a shift in how you approach things, not just repeating steps or forcing discipline.
So I applied the same method to my own life.
I started small: journaling weekly, planning with intention, reflecting on what was actually working. I learned how to manage my energy instead of just my time. I experimented with routines, learnt about wellbeing and productivity, and slowly built systems I could actually stick to.
Not hacks. Not quick fixes. Just simple habits that matched my life and how I function.
That’s exactly what this coaching is built on.
We focus on the basics: energy, focus, time. Micro habits, weekly planning, breaking goals down, and learning how to reset and move forward. Systems that work with you, not against you.
